Dr. Slade Wallace Lail, D.D.S.
Since 1997, Dr. Slade Lail has been practicing dentistry in Duluth, Georgia. He started his career by obtaining an Associate degree from Young Harris College and a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Georgia. He then earned his Doctorate of Dentistry from the University of Tennessee, Memphis.
Since the day he opened his practice in 1997, Dr. Lail has been dedicated to serving the community, whether in-office or through community involvement. He has served as president of the Gwinnett Rotary Club, chairman of the City of Duluth Alcohol Review Board, Duluth Planning and Zoning commission, and is currently serving as a board member of the Downtown Development Authority. He is also on the executive council of the Hinman Dental Society. Dr. Lail has been named numerous times in the “Best Dentist” category in Atlanta Magazine and Gwinnett Magazine.
Not only does Dr. Lail work in Duluth, he also lives there with his wife, Kristy, and five children: Carson, Garrett, Sidney, Jamie, and Scarlett. Dr. Lail and his family have a strong passion for the outdoors and spend much of their free time at his property in Hancock County, Georgia. His investment in the environment has been recognized throughout the state as his property was named Georgia Tree Farm of the Year in 2007 and won the 2008 Forest Stewardship Award. Dr. Lail himself was also named the 2007 Hancock County Conservationist of the Year.
Dr. Carson R. Lail, D.M.D
Dr. Carson Lail represents the third generation of the Lail family to devote their careers to dentistry. Growing up in the Suwanee and Duluth area, he was surrounded by the values of family, community, and patient care established by his grandfather, Dr. Wallace Lail, and continued by his father, Dr. Slade Lail.
Dr. Lail earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgia College & State University before attending the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He now practices alongside his father at the family dental practice in Duluth, carrying forward a legacy of excellence in dental care.
He resides near Duluth with his wife, Lexie, and they are joyfully awaiting the arrival of their first daughter. Outside the office, Dr. Lail enjoys spending time outdoors—hunting, fishing, and being with family and friends.

Dr. Lisa M. Moss, D.M.D.
For over 32 years, Dr. Lisa Moss has been practicing dentistry. Dr. Moss grew up in Dunwoody, GA; where she graduated from Dunwoody High School. She then attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in biology. Soon after, she attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Hinman Dental Society, and the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics.
In her free time, Dr. Moss volunteers with Community of Smiles, the Georgia Baptist Healthcare Mobile Ministry, and Kiwanis Club of Duluth. She has two adult children, Melissa and Wiley, a son-in-law Andrew, and a grandson James Wiley. She has a 13 year old beagle named Roscoe who keeps her on her toes. She enjoys gardening and dancing the Carolina Shag Dance with her Shag Atlanta club in her spare time. She is always ready to serve the Lord wherever he may lead her. She also enjoys visiting and spending time with her friends and family.

Debi – Office Manager
Debi has been with Lail Family since June of 2006. As the Office Manger, she ensures seamless operations, from coordinating patient care to fostering a welcoming environment for families in our community. Debi resides in Dacula with her husband, Mike, and their three dogs. She is a proud mother of 4 grown children and grandmother to five, and she treasures the time spent with her family, whether out on the lake or enjoying a shopping trip.
Bobbie – Front Desk Manager
Bobbie is a graduate of Lanier Technical College. Since her graduation she has been part of Lail Family Dentistry since 1995. She manages the financial and insurance needs of his patients. Bobbie is the go-to person with all the patient’s financial treatment questions. She is a Barrow County native and a mother of two: daughter Chelsea and son Chace. She is also a proud Nana of four grandkids. While out of the office Bobbie’s hobbies include spending time with her family, hiking, and shopping.
Christian – Patient Coordinator/Dental Assistant
Christian is a proud graduate of Gwinnett Tech. She first joined the office as an intern before officially becoming part of this phenomenal team in 2013. Christian assists in both the front and back office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Her upbeat and jovial personality brings a cheerful energy to each day. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her son, who keeps her smiling and inspired.
Shannon – Front Desk
Shannon joined Lail Family Dentistry in 2021 and has been a dedicated and valued member of our team ever since. She lives in Duluth with her husband and their two boys, who keep her on her toes and constantly smiling. Outside of the office, Shannon is an active leader in the Scouting community and enjoys spending her free time outdoors, whether it’s camping, hiking, or exploring nature with her family.
Nora – Hygienist
Nora graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2009. She has been with Dr. Slade Lail since 2011. Nora lives in Flowery Branch with her son Daniel. In her free time, Nora enjoys going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
Sally – Hygienist
Sally is a proud Georgia native, born and raised in Lilburn. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the Medical College of Georgia in 2009 and has been passionate about providing exceptional patient care ever since. Sally enjoys connecting with her patients through conversations about gardening, food, and travel—helping them feel comfortable and at ease during their visits.
Max – Hygienist
Maxine is originally from London, England, and moved to Georgia over 30 years ago. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree from the University of North Georgia in 1995 and has been dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles ever since. Outside of the office, Maxine enjoys spending quality time with her son, attending church, and taking peaceful walks.
Caitlyn – Hygienist
Caitlyn Posey graduated from Athens Technical College in 2023 and was no stranger to our office before then—she worked with us as a fill-in throughout school and officially joined the team after graduation. Patients appreciate her gentle touch and friendly demeanor during their visits. Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Noah, and their dog, Charlie.
Angela – Lead Dental Assistant
Angela has been in dentistry since 2005 and joined Dr. Lail’s team as his lead assistant in 2008. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. Angela lives in Gainesville with her three children — Jacob, Kenley, and Rhett — and enjoys spending her free time crafting and celebrating all things American.
Stephanie – Dental Assistant
Stephanie is a graduate of Gwinnett Technical College and has been a dental assistant since 2003. She now resides in Jefferson, Georgia, where she enjoys the peaceful charm of farm life. When she’s not in the office, Stephanie loves spending time with her family and relaxing at the lake.
Jasmine – Lead Dental Assistant
Jasmine graduated from Gwinnett Technical College in 2023 and immediately joined our team. She brings enthusiasm and dedication to her role as a dental assistant, helping ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for. Originally from Atlanta, Jasmine lives with her two dogs, Thor and Kobe. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with a good book or watching her favorite shows.
Emma – Dental Assistant
Emma joined our team in November 2023. She is very dedicated too her work and loves caring for our patients. Emma strives everyday to make each persons day brighter with her loving, fun, and bubbly personality. When Emma is not working she is often spending time with her family, working out and shopping.
